Welcome

To ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for all clients, I’ve outlined a few simple policies below. Please take a moment to review them before your session so we can make the most of our time together.

New Clients
Existing Clients

Booking & Confirmation

  • Booking requests may be made via website or email a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking.

  • Appointments are not scheduled until confirmed via email or text.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

  • 48-hours notice required to cancel/reschedule without charge. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice incur a 50% fee.

  • ​Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

  • Consideration is given to emergencies or illness.

Guests & Minors

  • Please plan to attend your session alone. To ensure a focused experience, guests are not permitted in the treatment room unless previously approved.

  • Clients under 18 must have parental/guardian consent; under 16 must have a guardian present.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service by cash, credit card or digital payment (Venmo, PayPal).

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking. It will not be charged unless you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice as per the cancellation policy.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Sessions/Packages are not refundable and not transferable. They may be rescheduled to be completed within 6 months.

  • For workshops and events, refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise stated.

Health & Safety

  • Clients should cancel if they are experiencing a fever, flu, or have symptoms of any contagious condition.

  • Ir reserves the right to decline service, require a physician's consent, or refer out based on the client's health presentation.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full experience of your service.

  • Up to 15 minutes late arrival may be accommodated with a shorter session time, but the full session fee still applies.

  • More than 15 minutes late is considered a no show.

Service Refusal

  • I delight in providing a nurturing, healing space for my clients. I have no tolerance for disrespect or aggression and reserve the right to refuse service in response to inappropriate behavior.

Confidentiality

  • All client information is confidential within legal and ethical limits.

  • All personal health information (PHI) shared is stored securely using a HIPAA-compliant platform, and no information is shared without the client's written consent unless required by law.

Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer

  • Clients acknowledge that the practitioner is not a licensed medical or mental health practitioner.
  • All services are complementary to, not a replacement for, licensed medical or psychological care.
  • All services provided are non-diagnostic and non-prescriptive.
  • Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any existing health conditions, any changes to their medical status, or any discomfort that is experienced during treatment.

Land Acknowledgment

I respectfully acknowledge that I live on the ancestral, traditional, and contemporary land of the Calusa, Mascogo, Miccosukee, Seminole, and Taino peoples and their descendants.  This land was included in Cession 118, signed Sept. 18, 1823. Ownership of land is a colonial concept and, as I acknowledge my place within this region's history, I am mindful of the legacy of colonialism for indigenous peoples, native creatures, and natural habitats.
